Raw Walnut Tacos
Taco “Meat” Recipes based on Raw Vegan Walnut Taco Meat by Minimalist Baker
Already prepared Taco “Meat” from your prep day
Soft Taco Shell
1 avocado diced
1 roasted red pepper cut into slices
1 cup of red cabbage, shredded
1 handful of parsley leaves, chopped
1 red onion diced (optional)
Chimichurri sauce for topping (made on prep day)
(additional vegetables- chopped tomatoes, pickles, corn, shredded carrots)
Warm taco shells on a dry skillet or in the microwave for 10 seconds or less
Serve as a taco bar. Put taco meat, avocado, roasted red peppers, red cabbage, parsley, red onions, and chimichurri sauce in their own bowls and let everyone assemble their own tacos.
