Raw Walnut Tacos

Taco “Meat” Recipes based on Raw Vegan Walnut Taco Meat by Minimalist Baker

Ingredients:

  • Already prepared Taco “Meat” from your prep day

  • Soft Taco Shell

  • 1 avocado diced

  • 1 roasted red pepper cut into slices

  • 1 cup of red cabbage, shredded

  • 1 handful of parsley leaves, chopped

  • 1 red onion diced (optional)

  • Chimichurri sauce for topping (made on prep day)

  • (additional vegetables- chopped tomatoes, pickles, corn, shredded carrots)




Method:

  1. Warm taco shells on a dry skillet or in the microwave for 10 seconds or less

  2. Serve as a taco bar. Put taco meat, avocado, roasted red peppers, red cabbage, parsley, red onions, and chimichurri sauce in their own bowls and let everyone assemble their own tacos.
