Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
Recipe Based on Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Pasta by Minimalist Baker
1 package of linguini or spaghetti noodles (or other noodles of choice)
Already prepared Roasted Red Pepper sauce
1 handful of parsley leaves, chopped
Heat a frying pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil. Pour sauce in the skillet over medium heat to thicken. Make sure to mix and not let burn. Once it reaches a simmer, reduce heat to low and continue simmering.
Once the sauce is thickened to desired consistency, add noodles. However, before tossing add a touch more olive oil, salt and pepper to the un-tossed noodles for added flavor. Then, toss to coat.
Serve with red pepper flakes and fresh chopped parsley.
